Monsters can be so fun to think about and to make! They are a great way to use our imaginations! Here is a fun activity to help you make your own monsters.

First, you will need some playdough. Regular store-bought playdough works great, or you can make your own. I like to use at least two colors to make it more interesting.

Next, gather some materials to create your monsters. Some good things to find: pipe cleaners, popsicle sticks, googly eyes, printed eyes/mouths, beads, pom-poms. Be creative!

Now for the fun part, create your monster! Mold the playdough into the shape you want for your monster’s body and start adding arms, legs, faces… whatever you can imagine!
